February 2008 - Slugs galore!

Planet Sunday and Red Balloon Entertainment Inc. (USA) complete production on a commercial featuring spokes 'slugs' Slevin, Douglas, and poor old Rodney. Visit our Portfolio page to see the commercial in its full glory.

January 2008 - music for teens

We begin work on a new music video for 'The Fallen' courtesy of The Junk Label. A mixture of live-action and animation that was co-produced with Upside Down Films (UK).

December 2007 - Santa's got a brand new toy!

When Santa decides to go 'green', and replaces his reindeer with a team of Honda SUVs the reindeer decide to take action. However, the CIA are on their case... This 5 minute cartoon was produced in just 4 days, and was a co-production between Red Balloon Entertainment Inc. and Planet Sunday.

Well, folks the time has come for our very first Planet Sunday animated production to be launched. In association with Plant Dewi and Curlyman Productions, we can proudly say that Wasted is now complete.

At just under 20 minutes long, Wasted is the story of two 15-year-old girls, Katie and Vicky, who end up drinking alcohol in a pub even though they are under the legal age. We follow the story as Vicky's body tries to cope with the amount of alcohol that she is consuming. Her body is made up into different departments with each one headed up by a different character, all of whom report to the Controller, who usually keeps a tight shift, but all hell breaks loose when her evil counterpart takes over.
